THE CAPITAL GROUP LIMITED HOLDS IN-HOUSE TRAINING FOR STAFF

An intensive one day training has been held for about thirty (30) members of Staff of the Capital Group Limited at the premises of the Head Office in Accra. The in-house training forms part of strategic plans by management to keep employees up to speed with modern customer demands and market trends to enhance productivity. It was facilitated by the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Mrs Emelia Mensah-Bonsu.
The training centered on developing effective and practical skills of staff for strategic marketing to yield productivity. Topical area of focus included; The Concept of marketing and Selling, The Definition of Marketing and Selling, Customer Relationship Management, Knowing the Company you represent, How to meet Customer Expectation among others. It aimed among others to develop a team of diversified personnel who can function in any required field to promote business and personal growth in the corporate world.
The staff which included both Coordinators and Officers attested to the high relevance of the training at the end of the session. Most of them were motivated to engage existing and potential clients more often to improve business yields. They lauded the initiative and looked forward to more of such educative sessions.
